Venitia Harper, 66, formerly of Jacksonville died, Monday, January 10, 2022, at her residence in York, PA. Venitia's caring heart, warm smile, and infectious laugh will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who selflessly helped others throughout her life. Please practice social distancing and wear your face masks. A wake will be held one hour before the service on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Browntown Memorial Cemetery in Snow Hill, NC.

Venitia is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Duane and Elizabeth Harper Harper of Raleigh, NC, her three grandchildren Kori and Mason Harper, of Raleigh and Kaylee Harper of Greensboro, NC; and her siblings, Michael Seward of Neptune, NJ, Charles Seward of Neptune, NJ, George Seward of Willingboro, NJ, Mira (Penny) Barker of Birmingham, AL, and Augustus (Punch) Clark, Jr. of Newark, NJ. Venitia is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
