Margie Howard Davis 75, Farmville, died Sunday, November 18, 2018, at  Universal Health Care in Greenville. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018, at 1 PM  at Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 7851 NC-222, Saratoga, NC. There will be a wake one hour before the service. Interment Rose Hill Cemetery in Linden, New Jersey.

She is survived by her three sons: Kermit (Maria) Davis of Columbia, SC, Thurman (Pamela) Davis of Winterville, NC and Shawn (Monique) Davis of Queens, NY. Two adopted daughters; Donetta (Tree) Peartree and Shondra Eason of Greenville, NC. Five grandchildren: Marvin (NeKiesha) , Leon, Kermit (Petrina), Tyrell (Chavon), Kevin and Raizelle; and fourteen great-grandchildren. Ten brothers and sisters: Alice Howard of Farmville, NC, Lodreg Howard of Springfield, NY, Bruce (Betty ) Howard of New York, Adell (Chris) Mercer of Farmville, NC, Melissa (Braxie) Cox of Greenville, NC, Anne (William) Wiggins of LaGrange, NC, Lucille Gibbs of Farmville, NC, Faye Blount of Maryland,Janice (Jessie) Mercer of Farmville, NC and Willie Frank (Darien) Howard of Raleigh, NC. A host of other relatives and friends.
