James Wilson, 54, died November 13, 2021, at Lenoir UNC Health Care. Please practice social distancing and wear your face masks.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 2 PM at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. There will be a one-hour wake prior to the service. Bishop William Cobb, Sr. will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Snow Hill cemetery.

He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Wilson, Hookerton, NC, granddaughter, laya Wilson, Hookerton, NC, brother, Frederick Wilson, Kinston, NC sisters, Zeabie Wilson, Snow Hill, NC, Martha Jane Staton, Snow Hill, NC, Hattie Wilson, Snow Hill, NC, Pauline Sutton, Snow Hill, NC, and Mattie B. Fields, Snow Hil, NC. A host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
