Ernest  Ray Jones, 71, Farmville, transitioned, Friday, July 7, 2023, at Greendale Forest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Snow Hill. There will be  a one-hour wake prior to the service. A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, July 16, 2023,  at 2:00 pm at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. He is survived by sons, Christopher Williams, Havelock, NC, Jonathon Williams, Smithfield, NC, daughter, Shana Whitfield, Farmville, NC, sister, Gloria Bizzell, Snow Hill, NC. A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Please maintain social distancing, and we recommend wearing your face masks during the service.
