Eliza Mewborn, 98, LaGrange " Jason Community" died, Saturday, March 19, 2022, at her residence. Please practice social distancing and wear your face masks.   

A walk-in viewing will be held on Friday, March 25, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. There will be a wake one-hour prior to the service. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary FWB Church in LaGrange in the Jason Community. Pastor Antonio Blow will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in LaGrange.

She is survived by her sons, Willie C. Mewborn, Arthur Mewborn, Herman Melvin Mewborn, Ervin Ray Mewborn, daughters, Vanessa Speight, Eugenia Mewborn, and brother, Herman Suggs. A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
