Demetrius Maurice Freeman, 49, Goldsboro, died, Monday, March 13, 2023,  at his residence.   There will be a walk-in viewing held on Friday, March 17, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 12:00 PM at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.  Bishop Jesse Jones will be officiating. Entombment will follow in the Wayne Memorial Park in Goldsboro.

He is survived by his wife, Tiffani Freeman, Goldsboro, NC, mother, Brenda Lee Freeman, Greenville, NC, sons, Stephon Smith, Greenville, NC, Mecca Freeman, Greenville, NC, Demetrius Maurice Freeman, Jr., Greenville, NC, Jahmeek Freeman, Greenville, NC, daughters, Lanasia Freeman, Greenville, NC, Shamecca Freeman, Greensboro, NC, Alaya Freeman, Goldsboro, NC, Ava Freeman, Goldsboro, NC, sisters, Shameka Freeman, Greenville, NC, Ashley Smith, Greenville, NC, brother, Corey Blount, Ayden, NC.
