Daniel Langley Phillips, 71, Hookerton, transitioned at his residence on Friday, June 27, 2025. 

A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 2:00 pm at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Lakeishia Perkins will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Mills Family Cemetery in Winterville, NC.

He is survived by his wife Kadeeja Suggs Phillips, Hookerton, NC, sons, Ray'shawn Phillips, Ayden, NC Kayden Suggs, Hookerton, NC, Danny Phillips, Maury, NC, daughter, Juanita Phillips, Greenville, NC, brother, Zevandah Mobley, Grifton, NC, sisters, Julia Phillips Tucker, Grifton, NC, Linda P. Valentine, Greenville NC, Mary Mobley, Philadelphia, PA, A host of grandchildren, great grand children, and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
