Curtis Ray Freeman, 79, of Newport News, VA, "formerly of Greene County" died on Tuesday, January 6, 2021. Graveside rites will be held on January 11, 2021, at 11 AM at the Artis Family Cemetery in Grifton, NC. Bishop William Cobb will be officiating. Please wear your face mask and practice social distancing.
He is survived by his daughter, Michele Freeman, Newport News, VA, brothers, William H. Freeman, David Freeman, sisters, Gladys Mizell, and Jean Simmons. A host of other relatives and friends.
