Catherine "Lean" Joyner Hagan, 85, Snow Hill died Thursday, January 18, 2018, at her residence. Her visitation will be held on Friday, January 26, 2018, from 6 PM to 7 PM at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 12 PM at Holy Temple Miracle Tabernacle Church, 524 Guthrie Turner Rd. Snow Hill, NC. Pastor Dan Lawson will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Snow Hill Cemetery. 

She is survived by her children, Milton Hagan of Snow Hill NC, Moses Hagan of Snow Hill NC, Willie Hagan of Oakland CA, Patricia Gardner of Snow Hill NC, and Janice Hagan of Snow Hill NC.
