Ada Gamble, 89, Snow Hill, died, Friday, September 2, 2022, at Greendale Forest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Snow Hill. Please practice social distancing and wear your face masks. A wake will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Washington Branch FWB Church. Interment will follow in the Washington Branch Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Larry Dixon, Brooklyn, NY, and daughters, Emma Dixon, Greenville, NC, and Arlene Harper, Goldsboro, NC. A host of other relatives and friends.
