Aaron "Peter" Hines Jr

Aaron "Peter" Hines, Jr 72, of Ayden, died on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center. A celebration of life will be 12 noon Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Ayden Parks and Recreation Department in Ayden, NC. A visitation will be Friday, February 17, 2017 at the funeral home from 5:00pm -6:00pm. Entombment will be in the Snow Hill Cemetery. Family will received friends at 3911 Apt A Sunset Dr in Ayden, NC. Mr. Hines was a faithful and dedicated member at Haddock UAFWB Church where he served on the Usher Board, Pastor-Aide, and as Deacon and Trustee. He was also a retired fireman with the Ayden Fire Department. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family. 

Mr. Hines was the Vice-President of S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home in which he loved serving people in the community. He was a mentor to some and a friend to many. He will be greatly missed by the funeral home family.
